What are the dates of the conference?
NACIF's 2023 Annual Conference will take place Friday, October 20 through Saturday, October 21.
Important dates for submissions
- Abstracts Submission Deadline: August 15, 2023
- Notification of Acceptance/Rejection Deadline: August 20, 2023
- Final Paper Submission & Early Bird Registration Deadline: August 31, 2023

How can I book a reservation at the host hotel?
Registered conference attendees can reserve rooms at the hotel where a block of conference rooms has been reserved. When making reservations, please inform the Sheraton North Houston, that you will be attending the conference. You will receive a discount. If there are any issues, please contact NACIF immediately at [email protected].

There will be a shuttle bus provided by the hotel that will provide pickups and drop off to and from the airport. Once you arrive in baggage call 281-442-5100 to request a shuttle. Make sure to provide the terminal letter and door number when calling.
