Joe holds master’s degrees in Islamic Judiciary Process and Islamic Capital Markets and is a Certified Shariah Adviser and Auditor. ABOUT: Blake Goud has been the CEO of the RFI Foundation, C.I.C. since its establishment in 2015. The foundation aims to promote sustainable values in OIC markets and Islamic finance through research, training, and implementation programs. Blake has led various projects, including reports on financed emissions risks, ESG and Shari’ah investment performance, and the creation of a Global Virtual Innovation Hub for FinTechs.
